Service Lead Single Phase
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Service Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- To develop, do, monitor and manage the Service Partners.
- The development / communication / execution and measurement of programs across the partners of Focus, APC–MGE’s active partner base, Frequency of Training and Reach of the service partners.
- Service Delivery through the Authorised Service Partners for the Single Phase products of APC by Schneider Electric.
- The development of partners and their engineers; and the control on the cost for the total payout.
- To closely monitor the service revenue coming from these partners as per the target.
- Work closely with authorised service partners, CCC team, Logistic Co-ordinator and spare demand planner. Externally, the incumbent will be working with Program Manager, Country Sales Manager, Service Partners, Sales Dealers and Country Service Sales team.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree. Those with engineering background would be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
- Experience in handling subcontract or service provider is essential.
- Proficient in computer skills
- Should have handled Consumers directly on the Service
- Possess high-level operational skills, strong leadership skills with brilliant verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use electronics diagnostics and software tools.
- Having technical skills of single phase UPS and sales through channels will be advantage.
