Site & Operation Manager
(Kalimantan Tengah)
Responsibilities:
- Report to Project Manager, site location at Central Kalimantan. The person will be overall in charge for On Site Bulk Emulsion Production and Down- the- Hole services.
- To ensure all activities at site following with country compliance
- To make sure On Site Production Plant (OSP) to produce Bulk Emulsion runs smoothly
- To make sure Down- the- Hole are meeting customers target/ needs
- Maintain the operational excellence for OSP and MMU in accordance to KPI
- Effective development of solid professional working relationship with all related Joint Operation Partner, customer and other agency
- Effective day to day management to all employee on the site
- Responsibility for compliance and management of all Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and plotting requirement for the depot
- Maintaining and increasing quality and productivity in order to maximize outputs and customers satisfaction
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): – Experience in Bulk Emulsion manufacturing and MMU operation.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in blasting and explosive handling is preferred
Preferably 2-3 years in Project Management and involving OSP and MMU/ bulk truck operation
Able to write comprehensive technical and operational reports
