SMT Maintenance Engineer
(Cikarang – Bekasi)
Requirements:
- Post : SMT Quality Innovation Spv.
- Male, 24-30 years ancient
- D3 Engineering from reputable university
- Experience of IPQC in SMT Production more than 5 years
- Capable to improve SMT quality performance (analyze, action plot, implementation)
- Expert to operate AOI Machine (will be better if VT-WIN OMRON machine)
- Experience in kaizen implementation at SMT Production
- Strong Leadership
- Excellent communication skill
- Excellent analytical thinking
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
- Able to maintain excellent attendance, work as a team, under pressure & hard Work
- Have strong interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal skill
