Spare Parts Sales Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Strategic plotting to expand distribution channels across Indonesia
- Lead the spare parts sales team to penetrate new business opportunities
- Generate profitable sales to achieve target
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years relevant experience in Automotive Aftermarket
- Existing wide network of customers
- Have experience in managing a sales team
- Able to implement new processes to enhance current sales team
- Able to strategize on market expansion effectively
- Excellent in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English both verbal & written
- Experience in spare parts / automotive industry is an added advantage
- Must have sales background experience. Technical sales would be advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage customers effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills -Competitors benchmarking-
- Excellent in writing reports for feedback to management on market conditions
- Travelling around 30% of the time a month
