- Laki-laki, maks. 35 thn
- S1 Tehnik Mesin dari universitas ternama dengan IPK min 2.8
- Mempunyai pengalaman di bidang Preventive & Maintenance dan distress shooting mesin produksi dari perusahaan yang ber-operasi 24 jam terutama dari perusahaan kertas/plastic atau industri lainnya yang sudah menjalankan ISO
- Mempunyai pengalaman memimpin suatu unit/group dan sudah terbiasa dengan program 5R, TQM
