  • Pendidikan minimum STM Bangunan
  • Pengalaman minimum 5 tahun di bidang yang sama, lebih diutamakan berpengalaman di bidang interior.
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris (minimal pasif)
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di luar kota dan bersedia bekerja dibawah tekanan
  • Mampu bekerja dalam team ataupun secara mandiri
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office , dan mengenal aplikasi CAD
  • Bertanggung-jawab, gesit, sopan, komunikatif, jujur, dan memiliki disiplin diri yang baik
  • Memiliki SIM A atau SIM C
