Technical Service Superintendent
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Help WID service sales with technical support and advice for up-grade, modifications, maintenance concepts, operation improvements.
- Technical support to WID field Service for site and workshop job, customer, O&M, and Project.
- Handling claim process and participate when needen in root cause investigation at sites and report the finding.
- Maintain the knowledge of the engines and service bulletins or other technical documents released by PC
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma (D3) and or Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Having min. 5 years for D3 and 3 years for S1 experience in the same position
- Excellent written and communication skills in English, a team player with brilliant interpersonal skills
- Excellence knowledge of difference engine types and their auxliaries, 2 strokes and 4 strokes
- Able to analyze, solve product and system related technical problem
- Familiar with Power Generation Engine
- Indenpendent, open mind, self driven and willing to take new challenges
- Willing to work in the field
