Technician Staff (for ship)
(Jakarta – All Indonesia)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the availability, use, and condition of lifesaving equipment and pollution preventatives, in order to ensure that international regulations are followed
- Monitor engine, machinery, and equipment indicators when vessels are underway, and report abnormalities to appropriate shipboard staff
- Maintain complete records of engineering department activities, including machine operations
- Monitor bunker consumption for tug boat, floating crane, sea truck
- Monitor general marine vessel maintenance and repair work such as repairing leaks, finishing interiors, refueling, and maintaining decks
Requirements:
- Male, age maximum 30 years ancient
- Degree from Marine College with minimum ATT-IV certificate
- Minimum 2 (two) years experience in naval engineering/maintenance preferably from shipping company or shipyard
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
- Computer literate on Internet and Microsoft office application
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian and International Marine policy and regulation
- Excellent knowledge of calculation formula standard bunker consumption for tug boat, floating crane, sea truck
- Experienced in water transportation esp. LCT Ship, Tug Boat and Barge
- Experienced in ship safety, security and environmental protection
- Excellent Attitude, hard working and team player
