To strengthen our team, we are now seeking for talented and energetic people to be our:
Utilities Engineer
(Jawa Timur – Sampang Agung, Mojokerto)
Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable operational process on Utilities, maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, tests, and calibrates mechanical and electrical equipment i.e. boiler, cooling plot, air plot, CO2 recuperation plot, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plot in a safe and efficient manner.
- Make recommendations on major overhauls and replacement of equipment and identify, recommended spare parts and develop energy conservation projects.
- Supervise civil contractors to do job properly.
- Control & monitor the performance of mechanical equipment and utilities within the plant.
- Develop preventive & routine maintenance program in managing and maintaining all mechanical equipment and utilities within the plant.
- Manage the implementation and discipline in execution of plotted maintenance in order to minimize the level of breakdown.
- Oversee installation to ensure machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specification
Requirements:
- University graduates with Industrial Engineering / related background.
- Min. 3 years of solid experiences in utility engineering.
- Familiar with continual improvement method TPM, ISO 9001 & 14001, HACCP, SAP
- Brilliant skill in Ms. Office windows.
- Ability to communicate in English, spoken & written fluently.
- Demonstrated skill in Environment Health & Safety.
- Brilliant in managerial & behavioral skill: choice making, coaching, making successful team, innovating.
