Requirements:
- Male
- Maximum age 26 years ancient
- Bachelor Degree from Reputable University majoring Mechanical / Metalurgy Engineering with GPA min 3,00
- Having excellent analytical thinking, communication, leadership and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English oral or written
- Highly motivated
- Preferably have experience in manufacturing business
- Having experience in TQC (Total Quality Control), SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA, ISO / QS, ASME / AWS
- Familiar with measurement tools
- Having brevet welding inspector, welding engineer, coating inspector, pressure vessel inspector, NDT level 1, 2

Mr. Abu Chaerin is presently the Quality Control Inspector for PT ALSTOM Power Energy Systems Indonesia. He has been 4 years of continuous QA/QC experience in the pressure vessel and boiler inspection. He reports directly to the QC Sr. Supervisor, shares responsibility for the quality of all products.
Inspect, evaluate and report the product attributes within his assigned area, as required by the applicable drawings, procedures and other documents that are aimed to ensure quality in the product. Authorized to stop (hold) any work that will result in a non-conforming product.

Scope and Impact Summary :
1. Make Helps ensure that the company’s products are safe and satisfies the drawings, procedures and eventually, the customer’s specifications.
2. Failure in this area will result to delivery of products that are non-conforming and or unsafe which could lead:
a) Product breakdown, endangering both health and lives.
b) Re-inspection of our products by the customer and back-charged to the company.
c) Rejection and scrapping of the company’s products.
d) Lost customer trust and loyalty.
e) Lost profitability for the company and our customers.
f) Lost market share.
Principal Duties :
Perform inspection on painting preparation and inspect the finished paint for thickness and visual appearance and uniformity according to the procedure and routing sheet.
1) Perform verification and inspection of materials (Pressure parts and Non Pressure parts) before fabrication start according to the routing sheet, applicable drawing and procedure requirements.
2) Perform welding inspection, compliance workmanship to the procedure requirements and take immediate action when there is a welding problem and initiate to stop work and remove the welder from work.
3) Perform other non-destructive testing if any as qualified according to the written practice, interpret the significant indication and write the report correctly.
4) Verify that Post Weld Heat Treatment preparation (if any) is done according the procedure including of the thermocouples placement and review the PWHT Chart to meet the requirement.
5) Perform dimensional inspection according to the routing sheet, applicable drawings and customer requirements.
6) Ensure and witness Hydrostatic Test execution (if any) according to the Hydrostatic Procedure and routing sheet.
7) Perform final inspection in conjunction with authorized inspector, customer representative and local authority including of ASME Stamp and Rubbing (if any).
9) Perform verification of transferred identification to ensure that every parts are handled correctly after painted before shipped.
10) Provide all quality reports related to the assigned job.
11) Perform corrective action and verification of Shop/NDE Surveillance result, expedite it for closing out and report to the QC Sr. Supervisor.
12) Maintain measuring and test equipment in a excellent condition and calibrated.
13) Generate Rejection Notice (RN)/Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and subsequent related activities and forward the report to the Quality Control Sr. Supervisor for further process.
14) Verify that corrective action according to the disposition and say the Quality Control Sr. Supervisor for close out of Rejection Notice (RN)/Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
15) Perform other quality inspection related duties as directed by Quality Control Sr. Supervisor.
16) Act as Quality Control Supervisor and perform other quality-related duties as directed by the Quality Control Sr. Supervisor and Quality Control Sr. Manager.
17) Collect, verify and ensure Manufacturing Data Report (MDR) right according to routing sheets and others applicable documents before QC Sr. Supervisor and Authorized Inspector (AI) review.

1. Requires an understanding of Inspection Techniques, Inspection and Measuring Instruments, Materials, Welding and Manufacturing Processes.
2. Must have the ability to make rational judgments that is both firm and honest.
3. Must be able to communicate with his peers in a professional manner.
