Workshop Manager (WM)

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and availability of equipment.
• Ensuring the efficient utilization of equipment and maintaining with high quality standards.
• Manage and lead a team of mechanic.
• Train staff to the required standard, give staff reviews/ appraisals when required
• Managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering).
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the field of mechanical.
• Very computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
• Perform high quality Leadership skill on handling people, System-Procedure, equipment, products, and Organizational climate.
• Communication, presentation skills and Brilliant interpersonal skills
