Engineering Manager (EM)

Responsibilities:
- Coordination with Principal / expatriate in developing our products with some deadline target and schedule
- Cost reduction through value engineering and other energy saving strategy
- Lowering down time machine to zero percent
- Improvement of machine productivity and other useful equipments
Requirements:
- Male, age maximum 35 years ancient
- Bachelor degree from reputable University with Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background
- Minimum 7 years work experience as an engineer, familiar with repairing and maintenance, skillful to operate CAD / CAM
- Perform high quality Leadership skill on handling people, System-Procedure, equipments, products, and Organizational climate.
