Requirements:

- Holding minimum S1 Bachelor degree is a must
- IE or Mechanical degree holder from reputable university would be preferred
- Max age 26 –34 years ancient with minimum 4-5 years working experience in leading ‘Improvement Project’ field
- Must have Project Facilitation Skill (eq TQM Knowledge, Six Sigma, Balance Scorecard)
- Require problem solving, analytical and logical thinker
- Excellent interpersonal , communication skill to be able to relates well to people
- A excellent team player
