Project Executive
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating local project with project headquarter and principles during preparation, execution& post project monitoring,
- Coordinating fit out schedules with land lord contractors and suppliers.
- Supervising the project in accordance to the high standard required.
- Preparing, executing and controlling budget in maintenance program of all stores / office managed by the company.
Requirements:
- Male
- Bachelor degree preferable in architecture/ design
- Experience ± 2 years in retail shop development.
- Proficiency in English to communicate with regional head office and principles.
- Computer literate such as Mac, Auto Cad, Photo Shop, and Image Editing Software.
- Able to work under pressure, long hours, and independently.
