Site Acquisition (SITAC)
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Sitac Manager, this position will be responsible for designing and implementation strategy and action plans for the acquisition of site / building management base on government regulations and project management.
- To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years hand on experiences in handling site / building management compensation issues, strong background in duties related to community and government relations, experienced in negotiation and conflict solution. Awareness on local culture & cross culture communication. Experience in survey and LOSS will be an advantage.
- You should be male and graduate from bachelor degree in Law / Civil Engineering / Commercial. In-depth knowledge in site / building management issues in various areas and cultures will be an advantage. Ability in using survey tools. Willing to be located in any site in Indonesia
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
