Training Management Program
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- The successful incumbent will be trained through a three-phase training program:
Marketing and Sales
- To Conduct face to face marketing to respresent our clients to market their product and services
- To maintain brilliant customer service and brand image
- Domestic Travel is required
Training and Development
- A leadership position, to manage an area.a team of 2-3 people for the Managing Director.
- To help in recruiting and training of the company
- Domestic and Internation training are required
Management and Operation
- To ensure the marketing office operation runs smoothly
- To help in clients project and to ensure the goal is hit by the marketing company
- To overlook sales team and territory
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in any industry
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- High willingness to learn in sales and marketing industry
- Required language(s): Bahasa, English and other foreign languages are advantages
- Willing to travel for overseas training (Australia,Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore)
- ASAP is preferred.
