Maintenance Manager – Medan
(Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead Maintenance Department to deliver high quality work to production equipment which in turn deliver high quality products
- Ensure Preventive Maintenance Programs are in place and implemented
- Ensure to have root cause analysis when troubled and develop correctives & preventive actions
- Ensure safe work place in maintenance department
- Ensure maintenance department follow and fulfill ISO 9001 requirements and other related internal SCJ standard
- Supervise all of the spare part’s warehouse activities due to inventory and buffer stock
- Ensure a high performance maintenance team who works excellently as a team or when working with another group
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5 years of experience as Maintenance Dept Head in other chemical manufacturing company
- Able to operate computer with AutoCad, Autodesk Inventor, and Office program
- Strong knowledge in Chemical Plant Machineries, operations, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge in maintenance management system
- Knowledge in Six Sigma or other continuous improvement toolS
- Knowledge in automation system
