HR Executive – Private Medical Centre
(Singapore – Central)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly payroll process (CPF, AWS, VB)
- Monitor staff employment details (leaves, OT etc) using HRIS
- Manage and review Staff Compensation and Benefit System
- Liaise with HR vendors on recruitment matters
- Help HR Director in HR administration and enhancement projects
- Coordinate staff orientation programs
- 5.5 day work-week (Alternate Saturday off)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Central.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
