HR EXECUTIVE
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Involve in all HR functions ie. Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation, benefits & Welfare, Training & Development
- Source for training programmes and coordinate trainings for staff
- Administer staff insurance and course sponsorship matters
- Keep abreast with market information (ie. salary, hr trends, best practices) etc.
- Manage all HR enquiries and personnel matters
- Ensure that HR practices and policies comply with the legislation
- Manage and maintain staff records and HR documents
- Candidates for the Manager’s role must be able to formulate HR policies and strategies and provide professional HR advice to Senior Managers.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- At least 2 to 3 years experiences in handling wide spectrum of HR functions
- Must be well-versed in the Labour Laws of Indonesia
- Excellent fundamental knowledge of all HR management related issues.
- Matured and ability to work well with all levels of staff
- Excellent communication skills
