HR & Training Administrator
The Position
- The successful candidate will report to the Corporate Senior Manager. We look for experienced Training Administrator to provide Learning & Development administration and advisory services across subsidiary companies.
- The incumbent should work closely with HR business partners and Training Consultants.
- Responsibility should covering also organising consultation meetings to determine training needs, the logistics and organisation of Training schedules, query resolution, training plot compliance, report writing, 3rd Party course bookings, production of Training Manuals, booking of travel, equipment & hotels for the trainers, course materials administration, scheduling of training sessions & programmes and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
- This is a demanding role and candidates should therefore have brilliant time management and organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize deadlines.
- You will also need to possess strong written and verbal communication skills, have an eye for detail and the ability to produce excellent quality and accurate information. On the HR side, the incumbent shall provide a full support range of HR processes including recruitment, employee relations and training.
- Incumbent need to be a self-starter with the ability to work proactively & autonomously and possess brilliant organisational, customer service, relationship building, and presentation & communication skills.
In addition, you will have strong MS Office exposure, particularly Excel and Power Point. - Previous experience within a Training, Human Resources or Recruitment function would be helpful.
