Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing human resource support in the areas of Organization Development (such as: manpower plotting & training, employee competences, recruitment & selection, performance appraisal, HR Systems, policies & procedures, compensation & benefits).
- Evaluate and recommend policies honest to both employees and company.
- Implement a computerised HR System.
- Upgrade the skills of all employees via in house and outside training.
General Requirements:
- Female, bachelor degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management / Law.
- Minimum 2 (two) years experience in the same position.
- Familiar with HR policies and procedures, compensation plans, benefit programs, recruitment methods, etc.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Knowledgeable about training, labour laws and regulations.
- Honesty, Sincerity with Integrity a must.
- Able to get along with everybody.
- Strong leadership skill, assertive, able to motivate.
