Qualification:
- Male, minimum S-1 degree or higher from a well established university majoring in Human Resources Management, Law or Psychology.
- Having 3 – 5 years experience in managerial level and related area.
- Having know how in government law and regulation and also company SOP
- Must have excellence in communication (interpersonal and people) skill due to handle hundred employees and should be capable as bridging company interest and employee expectations
- Computer literate (MS-Office and e-mail/internet)

- Recruiting, and hiring of qualified people then encouraging performance growth by personal approach; encounter and solve any problem and tensions arise in field in brilliant ways.
- Classify jobs, wages and benefit and review periodically employee performance and enlarge to carrier development
- Plot and supervise training programs
- Could choose company and employee interest based upon what the company can afford, comply with current practices of other employers, and be understood and accepted by the employee
