We are urgently looking for suitable candidate to join our team as:

Assistant Manager, Human Resources

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Personnel and HR matters with regard to recruitment selection, interview, employee contract, Insurance (Term life, Inpatient, Jamsostek), termination, training, attendance report, etc
  • Handling company issue regarding to the manpower activity and Industrial relation
  • Administers salary/payroll and employee benefits program and income tax withholding (PPh 21)

Requirements:

  • Male, maximum age 30 years ancient
  • Graduated from reputable university in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent
  • At least has 3 years experience in similar position
  • Must have excellent knowledge of payroll and PPh 21
  • Experience in Employee relation, compensation, benefit and recruitment
  • Having excellent knowledge about Government regulation (Labor Law) on workforce
  • Excellent in English both oral and written
  • Microsoft Office literate
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Hardworking, high integrity, independent, reliable, honest and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to get along with people
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
