We are urgently looking for suitable candidate to join our team as:
Assistant Manager, Human Resources
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Handling Personnel and HR matters with regard to recruitment selection, interview, employee contract, Insurance (Term life, Inpatient, Jamsostek), termination, training, attendance report, etc
- Handling company issue regarding to the manpower activity and Industrial relation
- Administers salary/payroll and employee benefits program and income tax withholding (PPh 21)
Requirements:
- Male, maximum age 30 years ancient
- Graduated from reputable university in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent
- At least has 3 years experience in similar position
- Must have excellent knowledge of payroll and PPh 21
- Experience in Employee relation, compensation, benefit and recruitment
- Having excellent knowledge about Government regulation (Labor Law) on workforce
- Excellent in English both oral and written
- Microsoft Office literate
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Hardworking, high integrity, independent, reliable, honest and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communications skills and ability to get along with people
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
