Requirements:
- Male
- Hold S1 Degree from Law
- Age between 35-40 years ancient
- Having min 6 years experience with the last position as PGA Ast Manager with min 500 employees in manufacture
- Familiar in handling HRD functions such as performance evaluation, training, promotion, and personnel functions such as labor union, government body, absenteeism etc.
- Excellent comprehension of labor law and familiar with employement conditions in Tangerang
- Willing to be based nationally and globally in Tangerang
