Customer Relationship Manager
(Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
- Make relationship with customer and provide to track customer information
- Give customer information to internal
- Maintain member of KPSG in project
- Oversee and analyze customer satisfaction survey result
- Help and analyze in responding to customer complaint
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 2 Full-Time positions available.
