Requirements:
- Male
- Age between 26-30 year ancient
- Minimum S1 Degree from Psychology or Industrial Engineering from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
- Experience in reletad field min 2 year
- Able to facilitate the process of Human Asset Value, Replacement Table Chart, and Individual Development Plot
- Able to facilitate and monitor the preparation and implementation of Individual Performance Plot
- Control the fulfillment of demand of new employees
- Control changes in organizational structure based on business development
- Actively mediating user needs and control implementation people development plot
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
