Employee Communication Officer

(Jakarta )

Responsibilities:

  • Regulate, manage and participate in every company’s activities in order to minimize employee disputes
  • Responsible for organizational communication and information relating to the company’s policies in employment area

Requirements:

  • Male or Female age between 24 – 28 year ancient
  • Hold Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.00, preferably majoring in Computer, Public Relation, Communications, Marketing, Law, or other Social Major
  • Have min. 2 years experience in HR Employee Relation
  • Have comprehensive knowledge about Employment & Labor Law and also about Compensation and Benefit Concept would be an advantage
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
