HEAD OF VISUAL MERCHANDISER EVENT & SHOP FIT
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and maintain a strong image of stores that resonates with the target customers through VM design and Shop Fit.
- Ensuring that all Visual Merchandising & Shop Fit programs run effectively to build on brand equity.
- Strengthen networking both internal and external to ensure all processes and resources are used effectively and efficiently.
- Increase traffic into stores and enable exciting shopping journey
- Ensure all window events are accomplished in accordance to the standard VM guidelines & value added enhancement.
- Ensure all shop fit (new store development and refit) are done in timely manner and of fantastic quality.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum age 35 years ancient
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities majoring from any discipline, (graduated from Architecture/ Interior Design would be an advantage)
- Have at least 5-7 years working experiences in managing the above key functions (Visual Merchandising & Shop Fit) with significant successful track record (Retail background will be a huge advantage)
- Posses deep knowledge and competent to implement the concept of Branded Retail Visual Merchandising and also ability to implement various innovative to build integrative system development
- Strong analytical thinking, business leadership and excellent interpersonal skill
- Brilliant communication skill to deliver VM objectives especially in English both oral and written
- Creative, quick learner, & highly motivated with brilliant service attitude and capability in working individually or with others
