Responsibilities:
- To analyze, recommend, and to approved and also coordinate with the related parties in deploying the HR product and services, Change Management, and Employee Relations partnering in order to achieve the HR business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder from any major
- Minimum 2 years progressively working experience in HR
- Excellent Knowledge of: HR Methodology, tool, guideline; Government Regulation on Workforce
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Having a excellent skill in: Project Management; Communication and Influence; Analytical Thinking; Coaching and leading others; Teamwork and cooperation
