HR Business Partner
Responsibilities
- Provide project management support and HR expertise to the business with specific related projects
- To provide the strategic interface to senior managers/ stakeholders, including Chief Officers, Directors and Head Teachers, through the provision of high quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives.
- To take strategic HR lead in corporate working parties and project team, promoting best practice and sound innovation in dealing with challenging situations
- To help the chief HR office in the direction of the service to assess the impact of major policy
- Provide HR Business Partner support to the key client areas of Sales, Marketing and Overseas in the first instance and subsequently the additional responsibility of Head Office areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from any Majors
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- The ability to develop and maintain brilliant working relationships within HR and the rest of the business
- Experience of providing a Consultancy and Contracting service
- Experience of effective challenging and influencing at senior manager/Director level
- Experience of developing HR strategy in line with business needs
- Experience of managing significant organizational change
- Fluent in English is a must
