HR Development Manager
(Jawa Barat – Bekasi Timur – Tambun)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Highly experience in HR Management and the role will incorporate strategic and policy development & implementation aspects.
2. Emphasis on developing a strong partnership with the business to lead initiatives that build/develop outstanding employee capabilities.
3. Manage the succession plotting and talent management processes, administer the performance management process.
Qualification :
1. Age between 32-40 years ancient.
2. Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable University.
3. Min. 8 years experience in HR area and hold min. 3 years in managerial position.
4. Brilliant knowledge in Organizational Development, CBHRM, Talent Management, HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relation, Recruitment & Staffing, and Psychological Test.
5. Dynamic, Result oriented, Mature.
6. Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management.
7. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skill.
8. Fluent in English, Competent in Microsoft-Office and HR Applications.
9. Can join immediately.
