Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspect in the area of organization development, people development, performance management and HR system
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology.
- Having minimum 3 years experience in handling Organizational and People Development matters
- Broad knowledge and understanding of HR issue especially in learning development & knowledge management
- Having proven experiences in job analysis, job evaluation, remuneration system design, competency profiling & mapping, HR policy & procedures
- Have a excellent understanding on Organization & People Development Concept Framework (Performance Management, Career Path System and TNA, succession plot, talent management, individual development plot, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent in writing skill
- Proficiency in English both spoken & written
