HR & GA Assistant Manager

Qualification:

  • Male, Age 27-35 years ancient.
  • Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Law, Psychology, HRM, Management or Business Administration or any major from reputable university
  • Having minimum 5 years working experience in the same position, preferable in manufacture with more than 2000 employees.
  • Have knowledge & experience to arrange Training Need Analysis based on competency, Training Evaluation & Effectiveness, Man Power Plotting, Compensation & Benefit.
  • Have capability and experience as trainer or teacher.
  • Have knowledge & experience to arrange recruitment proses, as well as BEI technique and newest Psychotest tools.
  • Have knowledge and capability to arrange Inventory Control, Expatriate Working Permit, Bounded Zone Permit, Fixed Asset Management, Have Knowledge in Industrial Relation Policy & Labour Law( Government Regulation )
  • Willing to be located at Bogor.
