The role of HR Manager will be responsible for all general human resources function including labour dispute and manpower law. In this role, you will be reporting directly to HR & GA Director.

Responsibilities:
- Deal with general HR function ranging from recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefit, industrial relations.
- Settle any labour dispute and issue with manpower law.
- Resposible with the implementation of HR system and thus, familiar with HAY HR system.
- Analyse training needs and design training needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience in HR Development field; including 5 years experience in mining company and is currently holding a managerial position.
- Hold a master degree from a reputable university major in Psychology/ Law.
- Male, age 35 – 40 year ancient.
- Willing to travel to site (Central Kalimantan) for business purposes.
- Sound understanding in manpower law.
- Familiar with general HR function.
