HR Recruitment Advisor
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Working in partnership with Hiring Managers & Discipline Org Cap Managers to review and know SPU vacancies (profiles, description and business need) and implement the end to end recruitment process.
- Align approved managed go process, and provide expertise and support to all – HRA, Discipline Org Cap and Hiring Managers
- Provide coach and consultation to help HRA and line in resolving any recruitment issues
- Evaluate, implement and recommend local recruitment strategies. policies and process so that they remain best fit
- Keeping regular management information on budget vs. actual and produce recruitment dashboard on the overall performance of recruitment activities
- Advising hiring managers on fit for purpose recruitment campaigns and best methods of sourcing candidates internally and externally
- Compose employment advertisements to post in local and international newspapers for certain vacancies to attract potential applicants.
- Managing relationships with external organizations (i.e. consultants, head hunter services, universities, etc)
- Final Review of candidates from the accredited recruitment agencies.
- Review shortlists of candidates and conduct initial interviews if and when required to check their general qualities, characteristics, skills and competencies to refine shortlist. .
- Conduct aptitude and competencies tests for successful candidates for better filtering and final ranking.
- Propose offers to final successful selected candidates and negotiate salaries according to the salary range and scale of the positions in the Company.
- Finalize the hiring process according to Company’s policy and procedures
- Handle all tasks and logistics to successfully participate in local and international job fairs and similar related recruitment events to attract more sources of renewals.
- Update relevant recruitment policies, tools on website, and monitor TAS postings
- Enhance and develop the recruitment activities to meet with the Company’s evolving recruitment requirements and needs using all possible tools. Assuring the integrity of the process and its compliance with the Company’s rules, regulations and policies
Requirements:
General Requirements:
- Minimum 7 – 10 years experience in the recruitment field with head hunter, oil & gas or mining companies. In-house recruitment experience will be a
- Brilliant command in English both speaking and verbal
- Brilliant knowledge in MS Office Tools
- Brilliant communication and negotiation skills.
- Self starter, proactive, human psychology understanding and emotionally resilient
- Excellent understanding of the recruitment market
- Well organized and can work to tight deadlines
Other Requirements:
- Experience in administering and managing logistics for psychometric tests and assessment centre
- Well developed interviewing skills
- Have written job ads and specs
- Previous experience of and responsibility for managing candidate pipeline (including numerous vacancies simultaneously)
