HR Service Administrator
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and administer the organization benefits programmes, recruitment and employee relations programmes.
- Manage human resources record management such as maintain and filling recruitment record, training record
- Manage and coordinate employee communication events and employee relations programmes
- Participate in a variety of recruitment activities to ensure that recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable
- Coordinate internal communication programmes in order to communicate effectively with employees
- Liaise with external customers to ensure that insurances record and communication are meet with organization strategy plot
- Manage and coordinate Employee Health and Safety Programmes and self assessment action plot
- Manage and evaluate regularly external vendor requirements and responsible for procurement within human resources operational
- Supervise the receptionist
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 1 Full-Time and Contract position available.
