HR Services Section Head (CODE : HRSH)
Responsibility
- Responsible to manage all HR database, Government Regulation, Company Regulation and industrial aspects as a core business and produce a high level HR Service as an output
Requirement
- Female/ male maximum 35 years ancient
- Graduate from S1 with GPA 2.75 scale 4 preferably from Law, Economy Management, or Psychology
- Self driven, able to work independently and also brilliant as fantastic team player
- Excellent analytical thinking
- Minimum 6 years experience in HR area managerial position and 3 years experience as HR Section Head
- Having deep knowledge and experience in industrial relation implementation according to Indonesia Labor Law
- Understanding HR spectrum and the implementation (man power, recruitment, GA, industrial and compensation and benefit)
- Computer literate (minimum MS office) is a must
- Experience in Oracle application and implementation will be an advantage
- Willing to travel in official duties to all over Indonesia
