Requirement:
- Male/ Female, 25 – 40 years ancient
- Min. S1 Degree on Psychology,law or Management with min. GPA > 3.00
- Min. 3 years experience in HRD
- Fluent in English, able to speak in Mandarin is preferable
- Must be able to operate Computer Ms. Office, outlook, etc.
- Self Starter, initiative, hard worker, excellent leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
- Can work both in a team and individually, specially with minimum supervison
- Willing to travel
- To be place in Sunter, Jakarta Utara
Responsibility:
- To design and develop HR System
- To manage employees’ database
- To make and manage work competency
- To develop classification method and employees’ position
- To develop performance appraisal system
- Handle Payroll, Jamsostek & PPh21
