HR System Supervisor
Requirement:
- Male/ Female, 25 – 30 years ancient
- Min. S1 Degree on Psychology or Management with min. GPA > 3.00
- Min. 2 years experience in HRD
- Having excellent knowledge in HRIS application and CBHRM
- Fluent in English, able to speak in Mandarin is preferable
- Must be able to operating Computer Ms. Office
- Self Starter, hard worker and excellent interpersonal skills
- To be place on Daan Mogot
Responsibility:
- To design and develop HR System
- To manage employees’ database
- To make and manage work competency
- To develop classification method and employees’ position
- To develop performance appraisal system
