HR Training & Development Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years of solid HR experiences in Training & Development or Talent Management
- Able to conduct effective Training Needs Analysis, design effective training curriculums & developmental actions, and ensure effective implementations and evaluations.
- Active business English in writing & speaking are preferable
- Experience as trainer and in project management are preferable
- Strong integrity & achievement orientation
- High communication & interpersonal skills with strong teamwork & leadership potential/capability
- High analytical thinking, plotting & organizing, & creativity
