We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:
HRD MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all HR activities: OD, Recruitment, People Development and personnel function in Jakarta office.
- Supporting the HR strategy, you will develop and retain employees through innovative people development initiatives.
- Develop policy for Jakarta office (in line with PKB)
- Develop HR system for Jakarta and Lampung
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Management / Human Resources/Psychology from reputable university.
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior or Industrial Organizational Psychology/HR Management is a plus
- Strong in Operational & Strategic Human Resources (all HR spectrum)
- At least 5-7 years experiences in the similar role.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team.
- Dynamic and highly motivated personality is preferred.
