HRD MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Male/female
  • S1 Degree, Major Psychology/Law/Management or equivalent experience
  • Brilliant knowledge in HR Procedure & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relation and other relevant statutory laws or Labor Ordinance, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling, Training People & Relationship Management skills
  • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skill
  • Process strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management
  • Problem solving skills, dynamic, result oriented, mature and committed end the task
  • Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
  • Competent in computer literate (Ms. Office) and HR Applications
  • Work Location: Jatake (Tangerang)
