HRIS STAFF
(Jakarta Raya – Kuningan, South Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
1. The Incumbent will support HRIS (Human Resource Information System) implementation in all business units of our group
2. The main task is help all Business unit to transform all HR Data, policies and issues to HR Information System
3. He/she will collaborating with various people from diverse company, consist of several department (such as IT, finance and HR it’s self)
4. His function include of:
- Conducts analysis of employee information and data in the system – HRIS,
- Validates HRIS employees’ information,
- Spearheads the clean-up and recommends customization of the system that would fit the company requirement,
- Prepares and updates employee’s movement in the system , and
- Ensuring that all users are well-trained and data encoding is accurate and complete
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, from System Information, Information Technology/Engineering, and other computer science or Psychology/Human Resource Management with high IT Knowledge and capability
- Brilliant in processing data with MS Office, especially in comparing and data analyzing with MS Excel
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
