Human Resource And Admin Manager
(East Timor)
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment activities such as advertising vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews and notification
- Manage administrative matters for all foreign/ contract workers
- Identify training needs and coordinate apporpriate training programmes
- Verify payroll and generating reports for analysis
- Help in performance reviews and appraisals
- Handle staf grievances and industrial relations matters
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems in all aspects of HR Development
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
