Requirements:
- Male / Female, age max. 28 years
- Bachelor Degree (S1), from Psychology IS A MUST, with GPA min. 3.00
- Min. 2 years experience in human resource area
- Familiar with Recruitment selection, training & development, organization development, compensation & benefit and labor act man power rules
- Passionate about HR
- Keen to use his / her experience to implement HR systems and practices from scratch, without a lot of supervision
