We are company with business specialized in coal mining and we are have licensing agreement for coal mining enterprises (PKP2B). We are in search of qualified personnel for the following position:
Human Resources Assistant Manager (Position Code: AHM)
(Sumatera Selatan)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all HR functions including implementation of policies and procedures, hiring process, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and timely reporting
- Arrangement legal/formalities documents to meet statutory requirements
- Arranging internal and or external meeting or events
- Handling general office administration job
- Identify training and development needs
- Support training and development advances and practices
- Training material design and development
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Bachelor’s degree from Psychology, Law or relevant major
- Possess experience in handling HR minimum 3 years in same position
- Possess experience in coal mining is an advantage
- Have active English ability (written and oral)
- Able to work independently as well as in team
- Possess brilliant leadership skills and able to develop team
- Well organized, independent, possess brilliant analytical skills, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, excellent analytical skill, strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, honest, able to handle detailed matters, and able to work independent as well as under pressure
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Having experience in Safety, ISO 9000, 18000 and 14000 is an advantage.
- Willing stay in operation mining or having residency located in operation mining location (South Sumatera) is an advantage
