Responsibilities:
- In charge of the development of human resources
Job descriptions:
- In charge of personnel recruitment
- In charge of improvement activities to develop the skills of personnel
- In charge of improvement activities to minimize the rate of turnover
- In charge of the general affairs to support the personnel task
- In charge of the personnel assessment process
Requirements:
- Maximum age 28
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Psychology from reputable university
- Have proven ability to liaise with people at all level
- Having knowledge in psycho test and consoling
- Be professionally presented and spoken
- Be highly organized
