Human Resources Manager (HRM)

Responsibilities:
Main purpose of job :
- To develop and manage a frame of Human Resources policies and practice covering all aspects of Human Resources Management; recruitment, performance management, human resources policies, employee relations, organization development, compensation and benefit to contribute to the achievement of company objectives.
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Age between 37 – 40 years ancient
- Graduates from reputable university majoring in Psychology / Law / Human Capital Management
- Have minimum 4 years experience in the similar position
- Able to communicate in English well
- Have a deep understanding of Labor Law, Income Tax, Industrial Relation and Organization Development
- Acquainted with the implementation of Balanced Score Card, Performance Management System, Compensation & Benefit schemes and HR Information System
- Adequate presentation as well as negotiation skills
