HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF
Qualification:
- Male/ Female, age max. 35 years ancient.
- Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Psychology with min GPA 3.00.
- Min. 2 year of Human Resource generalist experience.
- Brilliant command of MS-Office.
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law & Regulation.
- Excellent communication in English both writen & speaking.
- Brilliant negotiation skill, excellent in managing people, highly committed, multitasking, pleasant attitude, strong analytical skill.
- Excellent experience in recruitment, training and people development, compensation and benefit, payroll, HR administration.
- Manage and coordinate all recruitment activity, starting from analyze man power needs, job posting activity.
- Able to used pyschological test for the selection and interview process.
- Skillful in preparing, conducting and evaluating psychological test.
- Having knowledge of plot, develop, evaluate ,improve and communicate methods and techniques for compensating, evaluating and training workers.
- Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts and career path reports to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information.
