Operations Training Manager
OBJECTIVE
- Working closely with the Operations Directors and the Training Manager to review training needs priorities and delivery methods, using developed materials. To help and co-ordinate internal training activities for all training audience, including new hires on site, ensuring training needs for all areas are met. To be the Train-the Trainer instructor, where the need arises. To work with the Training Manager to keep accurate and concise training records.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Excellent knowledge in Logistics and Operations
- Deep understanding of how operations work in logistics, including best practices, to drive the performance and productivity of our workforce
- Having high attention to details and analytical skills
- Excellent in administration and reporting
- Have Train-the-trainer skills
- Proven management skills, leading teams
- Excellence communication skills
- Having Forklift Operate license is advantage
- Min. 3 year experience as Training Manager, preferably from logistics company
